1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kgo99 platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to the kgo99.cam website and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into kgo99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests may require verification. kgo99 may request additional documents for identity verification if needed. kgo99 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology. A record of each transaction is stored in the user's account. If you notice any irregularity or issue, contact the support team immediately.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn you an additional ৳7,500 in bonus funds, bringing your total balance to ৳12,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 (fifteen) times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. There may be a set time limit to complete the wagering requirement, and if it is not met within that time, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• The minimum odds for bonus bets will be stated in the bonus offer details.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the account may be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.

5. VIP Programme and Rewards

The kgo99 VIP programme has three tiers. Users at each tier can enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on overall activity and regular participation on the platform. VIP members may receive special promotions, priority support, and exclusive offers. The terms for VIP benefits and cashback payments will be communicated separately.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kgo99 platform:

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets through collusion or syndicates with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Providing false or fabricated information.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

kgo99 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. If suspicious transactions are identified, they will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities if necessary. Additional identity verification may be required for large transactions.

7. Gaming Rules

kgo99 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Providing a false identity or age.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

Any valid remaining balance will be returned after verification, however it may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activities.

13.4 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict with a translated version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
